DESCRIPTION:  \nThe GreenTech for Ports and Terminals Conference took place on the 22nd – 23rd September 2021\, the only large-scale green technology conference which caters to both ports and terminals\, with a focus on collaboration between the two. \nThe event offered two afternoons focused on green technology and one morning dedicated to green financing and investment. \nThe event focussed on the technologies themselves\, the regulations and initiatives which demand lower emissions and how collaboration between ports\, terminals and even shipping liners will be the silver bullet to achieve sustainability goals. \nOur partner Joao (XLAB) presented the PIXEL-PORTS innovation that addresses the environmental challenges of ports and terminals through IoT-driven digitalization. \nMore information in the event’s webpage here
